Proper eye protection meeting safety specifications for the specific wavelengths must be worn by the operator and anyone within the treatment area during device operation. All safety protocols, including but not limited to proper eye protection, protective equipment, and operating environment specifications, must be strictly followed.

You assume full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all safety requirements and proper use of the device. HealixLasers.com is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from improper use, failure to follow safety protocols, or unauthorized modifications to the device.

3. Product Purchase and Payment Terms

HealixLasers.com provides free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. International shipping availability and rates vary by location. All shipments require signature upon delivery due to the nature of the medical device.
Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Warranty and Support
HealixLasers.com provides a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

The warranty excludes damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear. Battery components are covered for six months under normal use conditions.

6. Return Policy
Due to the nature of our medical devices, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt by contacting our support team and providing photographic evidence.
Returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and must be shipped in the original packaging with all accessories. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a warranty issue.
