Introduction

Thank you for purchasing a Healix laser therapy device. This document outlines the terms and conditions of your product warranty. HealixLasers.com. ("Healix") takes pride in the quality and reliability of our professional-grade laser therapy devices and stands behind our products with comprehensive warranty coverage.

Warranty Coverage

HealixLasers.com. warrants your Healix laser therapy device (Humend™ or Questrian™) against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with our published guidelines. This warranty extends for ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser.

Scope of Coverage

Your Healix device is covered for manufacturing defects and failures during normal use. This warranty includes the electronic components and circuitry, laser diode system, treatment window assembly, control interface and display, housing and structural components, and power supply and charging system. The battery system carries a limited six-month warranty under normal use conditions.

This coverage ensures your device will function according to its specifications when used as directed. If a defect appears during the warranty period, Healix will, at its option, repair or replace your device using new or refurbished parts or products that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability.

Warranty Exclusions

While our warranty provides comprehensive coverage for manufacturing defects, certain conditions and damages are not covered. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes. Damage caused by operating the product outside Healix's published guidelines or intended use is not covered.

The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports, that does not otherwise affect the device's functionality. Normal wear and tear from regular use is also excluded from warranty coverage.
Additionally, the warranty becomes void if the device has been modified or altered in any way, if the serial number has been removed or defaced, or if unauthorized repairs have been attempted.

Owner Responsibilities

To maintain warranty coverage and ensure optimal device performance, device owners must follow proper usage and maintenance procedures. This includes registering your device within 30 days of purchase, following all operating instructions and safety protocols provided in the user manual, performing recommended maintenance, and using only approved accessories and cleaning materials.

Proper documentation is essential for warranty claims. Please retain your proof of purchase, registration confirmation, and any service records. These documents may be required to verify warranty coverage and process any claims.

Obtaining Warranty Service

When you experience an issue with your device that you believe is covered under warranty, please contact Healix Support immediately. Our technical support team will work with you to diagnose the issue and determine the appropriate solution. If warranty service is required, we will provide detailed instructions for returning your device.

All warranty service requires a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, which must be obtained from Healix Support before returning your device. This helps ensure proper tracking and handling of your warranty claim. When shipping your device for service, please use secure packaging (original packaging recommended) and include all accessories that came with your device.

Warranty Service Process

When your device requires warranty service, our dedicated technical team follows a comprehensive process to ensure quick and effective resolution. Upon receiving your initial contact, our support team will work with you to diagnose the issue remotely. If physical inspection or repair is needed, we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and provide detailed return instructions.

The standard service timeline is 5-7 business days from receipt of your device at our facility. During this time, our technicians will evaluate the issue, perform necessary repairs or replacement, and conduct thorough testing to ensure proper functionality. We provide regular updates throughout the service process and notify you when your device ships back to you.

After Service Support

Following warranty service, you will receive your repaired or replacement device along with detailed documentation of the service performed. All warranty repairs carry an additional 90-day warranty or the remainder of your original warranty, whichever is longer. This ensures your confidence in the repair and provides continued protection for your investment.

Shipping Requirements and Responsibilities

For warranty service returns, we strongly recommend using the original packaging materials designed specifically for your Healix device. If original packaging is unavailable, the device must be packaged securely to prevent shipping damage. While customers are responsible for shipping costs to our facility, Healix covers the return shipping via ground service within the continental United States.

Legal Rights and Jurisdiction

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so certain limitations in this warranty may not apply to you.

International Coverage

The Healix warranty currently applies to devices purchased and serviced within the United States. For international customers, please contact your local authorized Healix distributor for warranty terms and service options in your region.

Warranty Registration
